This isn’t a do it yourself project
We’re animals. We hang out in tribes. Interaction helps us develop.
Gathering together outside and moving, playing, testing and exploring one another is an essential part of the human experience that we lose in isolation. Community classes allow us to dive into this and make possible what would be impossible alone. We get to push, prod and challenge one another in unexpected ways, testing the skills we’ve been honing.
Befriend the unexpected
Humans can be unpredictable. This is a beautiful thing. Embracing the surprises that show up when we move together helps us become adaptable. By sharing, we open doors that we could never find alone.
Another beautiful element of the classes is interacting with nature. In Geelong, we’re surrounded by some of the world’s most famous coastlines; spoilt for choice with parks, greenery and space.
Being amongst nature brings a sense of calmness, gratitude and aliveness which enhances the experience of training. Awareness is heightened and the senses become clear. It’s a special feeling to share this with others.
The practice should be uniquely yours
…but those who go far rarely go alone.
Sometimes we need to do deep, focused work in isolation to learn about ourselves.
The community will support and equip you for this with many years of combined knowledge. We’ve got your back, both in practice and in life, no matter what.
In return, you have the opportunity to lead - to be someone we can count on. We know that you’ll pay it forward and be there for someone else.
